Kaylin Lilly is a current pre-licensed therapist with a M.A in Ecopsychology, working under the Wise Mind Counseling practice. She has experience in Wilderness Therapy and guiding nature connection experiences with individuals. Her current focus supports teens and adults navigating life transitions, grief, ADHD, life overwhelm, trauma, people pleasing, anxiety, depression, and relationships. She focuses on aligning individuals with their true selves and healing past wounds that block them from moving toward the life they envision. Kaylin uses eco-therapy, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, and cognitive behavioral approaches to facilitate deeper meaning, self-awareness, and further cultivate self-love, clarity, freedom, and peace.
