This workshop is a gentle invitation to slow down, let go, and reconnect with the creative spark that lives within you.

In this two-hour session, we’ll paint the essence of flowers—not striving for realism, but capturing the feelings they evoke. In time for Valentine’s Day, we’ll explore these blooms as forms of self-love, discovering how we can better give and receive love personally as part of the 5th layer of self.

We’ll kick things off with tabletop questions to get to know each other and build community. Then I’ll guide you through the painting process—composition, color mixing, and my favorite techniques—in a space where perfectionism has no place.
